In 1999 I was nominated to join 225 Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT's) from around the world at Microsoft Windows 2000 Technology Week, April 12-16, 1999 in Seattle, Washington, USA.

Microsoft Windows 2000 Technology Week launched a new line of courseware aimed at the "network architect." A
network architect plans, designs, and deploys Microsoft operating systems and
the network infrastructure on a global scale within an organization. The skills
taught in these courses are aimed to help the network architect successfully
implement Microsoft products. These tasks are very complex with many
prerequisite skills and disciplines, and their impact on the successful
implementation of Microsoft products is profound.
